Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment including multi-line phone systems and computers
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and computers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or appointment scheduling software

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling if applicable
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
