Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older

- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach frequently, and perform occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds
- Willingness to use cleaning chemicals responsibly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk continually during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Empathy and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Answering member questions in person or over the phone
- Completing member check-ins
- Giving new member tours and signing them up
- Cleaning throughout the facility including bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card area, and workout areas
- Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all members
- Assisting with gym facility maintenance and organization
- Supporting team members and management with daily operational tasks
