Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
- basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associate degree preferred
- previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and computers
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or appointment scheduling software
Job Duties
- greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
- monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
- communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
