Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • proficiency with office equipment and computer software
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • associate degree preferred
  • previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and computers
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or appointment scheduling software

Job Duties

  • greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling if applicable
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
  • communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
