Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency with office equipment and software
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling software
  • Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment such as phone systems printers and computers
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and or appointment scheduling software

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage check-ins check-outs and appointment scheduling if applicable
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry filing and mail distribution
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints or direct them to appropriate personnel
