Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior guest service or front desk experience preferred
- ability to multitask and problem-solve

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- make and modify reservations
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout guest stay
- settle guest accounts accurately
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- maintain confidentiality and uphold professional appearance
- manage key control and lost and found items
- perform front desk transactions including cash handling and balancing reports
- operate phone systems and basic office equipment
- communicate effectively through shift logbooks and reports
- collaborate with other departments on room status and maintenance
- implement safety and security policies
- use persuasive selling techniques to maximize room revenue
- assist in training new staff
- understand hotel policies and services
