Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- ability to maintain confidentiality

- ability to operate standard office equipment
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- make and modify reservations
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- provide attentive and efficient guest service
- settle guest accounts
- maintain high professional appearance and demeanor
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- communicate effectively
- perform basic math and handle financial information
- recognize and act on safety or loss prevention incidences
- enforce company policies for safety and security
- complete training on security, alcohol, health, and safety
- coordinate with other departments for room status and repairs
- use persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and marketing programs
- carry out front desk responsibilities including guest transactions and cash control
- operate phone system and basic office equipment
- adhere to hotel policies on cancellations, late check-outs, and special requests
- control and issue room keys
- process lost and found items
- assist in training new staff
- support a positive work environment
- understand hotel products and services
