  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and register them upon arrival
  • Make and modify reservations
  • Perform hotel operator and concierge duties
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Maintain room status updates and coordinate repairs
  • Use persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and marketing programs
  • Manage front desk transactions including balancing reports and cash control
