Job Duties
- Greet guests and register them upon arrival
- Make and modify reservations
- Perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Maintain room status updates and coordinate repairs
- Use persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and marketing programs
- Manage front desk transactions including balancing reports and cash control
