Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts professionally
  • Basic retail and inventory knowledge
  • Ability to maintain facility cleanliness
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Basic knowledge of retail and inventory management

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures

Job Duties

  • Resolution of all customer service related issues
  • Serve as compassion police for the facility
  • Owner of the never leave unhappy law ensuring customers never leave unhappy
  • Champion of facility cleanliness
  • Owner of pro-shop ordering, re-stocking and cleanliness
  • Insure facility cleanliness
  • Coordinate all pro-shop-related activities, order/restock, cleanliness
  • Greet and check in all members and guests
  • Sell all products and services including tours and pro-shop items
  • Field all phone calls, complaints, concerns, questions and route to appropriate person
  • Participate in training-related activities with Head Trainer
  • Handle operations-related tasks assigned by the Front Desk Manager
  • Manage front desk responsibilities under the direction of the Front Desk Manager
  • Prepare end of shift report
  • Conduct facility walk-through report
  • Complete open and closing checklists and walkthroughs
  • Follow opening and closing procedures
