Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Use professional and polite phone etiquette
- Be organized, detail-conscious, and self-initiating
- Have an outgoing, warm, friendly personality
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment
- Commit to a high degree of confidentiality
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Be physically able to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Respect confidentiality of all resident and staff information
- Flexible to work Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Willing to cross-train and cover shifts
- Able to maintain professional appearance and composure in all interactions

Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and provide information about community events and services
- Answer multi-line phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist residents with package receipt and coordinate additional concierge services such as dog walking or plant care
- Manage and document maintenance requests and ensure timely communication with relevant departments
- Maintain front desk appearance and manage security details for the property
- Multi-task efficiently in a high-traffic environment while prioritizing responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to support community needs and cover shifts as required
