Job Qualifications

- Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using multi-line phone systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of security procedures in a residential environment
Job Duties
- Greet residents and visitors and provide information about daily events
- Answer and manage multi-line phone system calls professionally
- Assist with package deliveries and coordinate resident services such as pet walking and flower watering
- Record and communicate maintenance requests efficiently
- Engage with residents through friendly conversations and support their daily needs
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold community security
- Manage administrative tasks including computer and Microsoft Office use
