Job Duties
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs
- Keep track of logs under Google Drive
- Friendly engagement of families by phone and in person
- Multitask to efficiently and professionally maintain accurate records and answer customer questions
