Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a great attitude
- Willingness to learn new things
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to empathize and problem solve
- Punctuality and reliability
- Good customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, kneel, crouch and lift over 50 pounds
- Willingness to use cleaning chemicals as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Answering member questions in person or over the phone
- Completing member check-ins
- Giving new member tours and signing them up
- Cleaning throughout the facility including bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card Area and workout area
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining a welcoming and judgement-free environment
- Assisting with minor administrative tasks
