Job Requirements

  • Complete front desk training at Burke Williams training facility
  • Be able to work in multiple spa departments including concierge, front desk, and spa attendant roles
  • Ability to stand and walk for 95 percent of the shift
  • Ability to lift items necessary for organizing and cleaning spa and retail areas
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience or aptitude preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale systems is a plus
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for wellness and people-centered service

Job Duties

  • Create meaningful experiences by anticipating guests' needs and ensuring warm, welcoming interactions
  • Engage and serve guests by building genuine connections and guiding them through membership programs, gift cards, spa services, and retail offerings
  • Lead with expertise by confidently recommending services and products that align with guests' needs, converting interactions into meaningful sales
  • Ensure smooth operations by overseeing check-ins, transactions, and scheduling while maintaining a seamless, organized, and inviting spa environment
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively as a key link between guests, team members, and leadership to support efficiency and excellence
  • Support community outreach initiatives such as the Blue Heart Warrior and Hands for Hope Foundation to promote wellness and healing
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere that embraces diversity and ensures all guests feel valued and respected
