Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to multi-task efficiently
- basic proficiency in mathematics
- computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- willingness to learn and follow safety and security guidelines
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- make and modify reservations
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- maintain key control including issuing and receiving room and master keys
- process lost and found items according to policy
- operate phone and office equipment
- balance reports and manage cash control and deposits
- collaborate with other departments to ensure room status and repairs
- implement safety and security policies
- promote rooms and marketing programs using persuasive selling techniques
- assist in training new staff
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies and services
