Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Basic proficiency in math and computer use

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- Make and modify reservations
- Perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- Settle guest accounts upon completion of stay
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety procedures
- Use persuasive selling techniques to promote rooms and programs
- Manage front desk responsibilities including cash control and balancing reports
- Communicate effectively using shift logs and reports
- Operate hotel phone systems and basic office equipment
- Ensure room statuses are updated and repairs completed timely
- Process lost and found items according to policy
- Assist in training new staff
- Support a positive and enjoyable work environment
- Understand hotel products and services
