Job Duties
- greet guests and register them upon arrival
- manage guest reservations and modifications
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- provide courteous and efficient service throughout guests' stay
- handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- operate front desk responsibilities including cash control and balancing reports
- enforce hotel policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
