Job Requirements

Part-time availability
Ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment
Availability for afternoons and weekends
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels of communication

Job Duties

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Manage inbound and outbound emails throughout day
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Make and move bookings, assist families in scheduling needs
Keep track of logs under Goggle Drive
Friendly engagement of families by phone and in person
Multitask to efficiently and professionally maintain accurate records and answer customer questions
