As the fastest-growing assisted stretching studio nationwide, InMotion Wellness Studio is dedicated to enhancing clients' health and wellbeing through personalized Assisted Motion and Recovery Therapy. These services consist of tailored one-on-one stretches designed to improve posture, increase the range of motion, enhance circulation, and reduce muscle and joint pain. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or front desk roles
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple phone calls efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Capacity to learn and explain services related to assisted stretching
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday as scheduled
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Passion for improving health through exercise and stretching
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Experienced with phone systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Schedule appointments over the telephone
  • Make approximately 75 outbound phone calls daily to prospects and members
  • Accommodate members and provide a welcoming and relaxing environment
  • Administer studio tours for new guests and assist with intake form completion
  • Greet members and schedule their next appointments
  • Manage appointment scheduling via phone calls and text messaging
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing members
