Job Requirements

  • Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and register them efficiently
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest transactions including payments and deposits
  • Perform concierge and hotel operator duties
  • Respond to and resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Maintain key control and manage room keys and master keys
  • Operate phone systems, computer equipment, and basic office machinery
  • Promote and sell rooms using persuasive techniques
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure room status updates and repairs
  • Complete all reports including balancing cash and shift reports
  • Uphold hotel policies on reservations, cancellations, and special requests
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
  • Train new staff members
  • Process lost and found items according to policy
