Job Requirements

- customer service experience in retail or service-based environments preferred
- basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- experience using QuickBooks for invoicing and estimates

- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- Handle walk-in customers and assist with basic print-related questions
- answer phones and provide information on products and services
- keep up with email order requests and estimates
- prepare estimates and quotes
- create invoices and manage orders using QuickBooks
- provide customers with updates on order status
- perform basic graphic design tasks including simple file setup and formatting for print, exporting files correctly using Adobe Creative Suite, minor adjustments when needed
- make simple copies and handle blueprint printing
- communicate clearly with the production and design team
- maintain an organized front counter and workspace
