Job Duties

  • Assemble and present completed treat orders
  • communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders
  • prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards
  • be pleasant and alert to customer needs
  • operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely
  • work as a team member to ensure quality and service
  • clean work area, organize and stock needed items
  • move treat, paper and cleaning items to work area
  • stock and rotate products properly
  • complete assigned prep work for chill area
  • control food production process
  • break down and clean chill area at end of day
  • wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles
  • gather and dispose of trash
  • perform parking lot pick-up and other maintenance tasks
  • inform supervisor of problems promptly
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • operate chill area according to PRIDE standards
  • ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to company standards
  • maintain positive working relationships
  • communicate significant issues with management
  • move heavy cases and containers as required
  • perform under pressure in high-volume setting
  • travel quickly in customer service area
