Job Duties
- Assemble and present completed treat orders
- communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct orders
- prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards
- be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely
- work as a team member to ensure quality and service
- clean work area, organize and stock needed items
- move treat, paper and cleaning items to work area
- stock and rotate products properly
- complete assigned prep work for chill area
- control food production process
- break down and clean chill area at end of day
- wash counters, tables, restrooms, trash receptacles
- gather and dispose of trash
- perform parking lot pick-up and other maintenance tasks
- inform supervisor of problems promptly
- perform other duties as assigned
- operate chill area according to PRIDE standards
- ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to company standards
- maintain positive working relationships
- communicate significant issues with management
- move heavy cases and containers as required
- perform under pressure in high-volume setting
- travel quickly in customer service area
