Job Duties
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ
- meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager
- responsible for maintaining an organized schedule
- explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products
- work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand
- assist in all in store operational processes
- ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
- accurately follow all company time keeping procedures
- attend mandatory product training and team meetings
- follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services
- ensure board compliance at all times
- responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times
