Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- familiarity with restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- completion of Alcohol Seller Training and Cash Handling training upon hire
- ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- physical ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- capability to frequently stand and walk
- ability to frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Builds strong relationships with customers
- takes orders from customers and assists with menu and beverage selections including alcoholic beverages
- provides detailed information on menu items, specials, beer, and wine
- serves food, drink, and products to guests
- processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- uses suggestive selling techniques and merchandises effectively
- interacts positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- assists with catering orders
- addresses complaints and resolves problems
- models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- prepares, packages, merchandises product
- assists in technical areas as needed
- ensures compliance with TABC regulations
- ensures compliance with department and store standard operating procedures
- buses and cleans tables
- performs deep clean of dining, ordering, bar areas
- maintains beverage station and bar areas
- maintains sanitation in food, beverage prep areas and display cases
- properly handles, operates, and maintains equipment
- performs other duties as assigned
