Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience as a fine dining server in a high-end restaurant
- available to work 20-30 hours per scheduled week
- extensive knowledge of fine dining service procedures, including proper table setting, wine service, and menu presentation
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests
- strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations
- take and serve orders promptly and accurately, following proper serving etiquette and standards
- have a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to provide recommendations and answer guest questions
- maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all table settings are properly arranged and ready for service
- collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing proactive assistance and accommodating special requests or dietary restrictions
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- uphold high standards of professionalism, grooming, and uniform appearance at all times
