Job Requirements

Must be 18 years old or older
Must be positive, inspiring, respectful
Passionate about coffee, people and creating hospitality and culinary experiences
Ability to manage your own time effectively
Great verbal and written communication skills and a desire to share accurately the message and mission of Tico Coffee Roasters to potential and current customers
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and on weekends
Existing Food Handler's Certification or certification within 30 days post hire
