Job Requirements
- availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in food service production
- strong knowledge of steps of service
- great communication and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of Italian products
Job Duties
- Ensure retail supplies are in stock and used properly at all stations
- stock counter and display refrigerators neatly and timely
- slice, weigh, label, display, sell, and package products per department standards and guest specifications
- manage transfers between departments to maintain accurate inventory levels and cost of goods sold
- provide a steady presence on the floor engaging with guests, employees, vendors, and visitors
- assist retail counters with daily operations to ensure smooth running
- perform other duties as assigned
