Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 years minimum supervisory experience
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain same
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the store
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- Possession of Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 180 days
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs, and occasional climbing
- Ability to work varied shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, and closing shifts
- Willingness to occasionally travel overnight
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field
- 3-6 years minimum supervisory experience
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead and manage Fresh department operations including produce, floral, meat, seafood, deli, and bakery
- Create a shopping and working environment that exemplifies company values of service, quality, and neighborhood partnerships
- Increase customer confidence and loyalty by promoting cleanliness, compliance, and consistent operating conditions
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers
- Identify and develop talent through proper training
- Balance physical labor, delegation, team building, leadership, planning, and administrative work
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements pertaining to food safety and company policies
