Job Requirements

  • One or more years of management experience
  • One or more years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
  • One or more years supervising and training five or more employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Frequent lifting or moving of items over 50 pounds
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to food safety procedures
  • Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Oversee task execution, schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Work alongside team members to prepare and package products promptly to meet customer service expectations
  • Understand and utilize financial reporting including profit and loss statements to enact business changes
  • Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition efforts
