Job Requirements
- One or more years of management experience
- One or more years affecting and deciphering budgets and profit and loss statements
- One or more years supervising and training five or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Frequent lifting or moving of items over 50 pounds
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to food safety procedures
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Oversee task execution, schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Work alongside team members to prepare and package products promptly to meet customer service expectations
- Understand and utilize financial reporting including profit and loss statements to enact business changes
- Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition efforts
