Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must have a valid Southern Nevada Health District - Food Handler's card
  • Must have valid TAM Card (alcohol awareness card)
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Prior kitchen, fast food, or quick-service experience is a plus

  • Willingness to follow procedures and guidelines to maintain food safety and proper cash handling

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items in accordance with company recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Ensure all food products are cooked to the proper temperature and meet quality presentation standards
  • Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies throughout shift to maintain efficient operation
  • Adhere strictly to Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) food safety requirements and all local, state, and federal health codes
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work environment, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment, utensils, surfaces, floors, and storage areas
  • Follow all guidelines for proper food storage, handling, and disposal
  • Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures to avoid hazards such as burns, slips, and cuts
  • Complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and checklists
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with other team members, managers, and guests
  • Support the team during peak hours with flexibility, urgency, and a positive attitude
  • Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining focused and detail-oriented
