Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in serving or food preparation preferred
- ability to work part-time evening shifts including every other weekend
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- experience in a senior living setting is preferred
- ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees
- advanced computer skills
Job Duties
- Set up room trays and tables in dining room
- serve and bus trays
- pour and cover beverages
- assist in preparing and covering food
- transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays
- deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately
- maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes
- soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes
