Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in freight sales preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make multiple calls per hour
- Learner’s mindset and eagerness to develop sales skills
- Resilience and persistence in a dynamic sales environment
- Availability to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona or Houston, Texas Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of freight sales experience highly preferred
- Experience in retail, customer service, or fast-paced environments beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence
- Eagerness to learn logistics and sales processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Make dozens of calls an hour and craft attention-getting emails
- Create momentum through proactive outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Work closely with commercial sales team to support deal closures
- Participate in mentorship and training sessions
- Contribute to accelerating the sales process
