Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, accurately, and safely with or without accommodation

  • must comply with state, federal and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, and Slip sheet/Clamp experience
  • basic math and computer skills
  • ability to make timely decisions using sound judgement
  • ability to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Maintaining pallet area
  • keep all dock doors closed when not in use
  • keep assigned dock area clean and organized
  • perform within set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • freight running of received product to their designated areas
  • wrapping pallets once separation by product number has been completed
  • ability to perform all aspects of unloading load operations with minimal supervision
  • work in temperatures as low as -10 degrees
  • notify your Lead/Supervisor of any concerns such as product temperature, code dates, damages, etc.
  • restacking of product per set expectations due to bad/wood, leaning/crushed product, damages, and/or any additional factors
