Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years export department or logistics experience
  • proficiency with import/export regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage a team
  • problem-solving skills for issue resolution
  • experience with billing and reporting systems
  • knowledge of customer service protocols
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • familiarity with carrier performance tracking

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • two years work experience in high tech customer services and logistics
  • excellent Microsoft Office skills with reporting and presentation expertise
  • strong responsiveness in handling customer requests
  • attention to detail in billing and process analysis
  • excellent interpersonal skills

  • experience in carrier network management

Job Duties

  • Manage daily activities of the export team
  • supervise import and export administration processes
  • review documentation of duties, tariffs, and product measurements
  • verify payment transactions
  • maintain updated documentation in tracking systems
  • resolve issues with clients, customs officials, and shippers
  • develop and refine operational processes
  • supervise operations staff ensuring compliance with policies
  • manage, develop, and train staff
  • conduct performance reviews
  • manage customer service queries ensuring resolution per SLAs
  • report operational issues impacting shipments
  • compile and analyze reporting suites
  • handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • track orders through delivery, return, and claims
  • report carrier performance and manage corrective actions
  • participate in carrier and customer meetings
  • manage self-billing and billing activities
  • provide regular reporting from TMS system
  • participate in control tower projects
  • act as the voice of the customer
