Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proficient in microsoft office suite word excel powerpoint
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proficient in microsoft office suite word excel powerpoint
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Previous internship or work experience in logistics supply chain or transportation preferred
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations customs procedures and trade compliance preferred
- Familiarity with freight management software or transportation management systems tms preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation including air ocean and ground
- Support the team in tracking shipments and ensuring timely and accurate updates to internal systems and customers
- Help prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading customs forms and other regulatory documents
- Conduct research on shipping routes transit times and carrier options to optimize cost and delivery timelines
- Assist with maintaining communication with carriers vendors and customers to resolve shipment issues and delays
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Participate in process improvement projects helping to streamline operations and increase efficiency
