Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field from an accredited university
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
- Previous internship or work experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance preferred
- Familiarity with freight management software or transportation management systems (TMS) preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating the movement of goods through various modes of transportation including air, ocean, and ground
- Support the team in tracking shipments and ensuring timely and accurate updates to internal systems and customers
- Help prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and other regulatory documents
- Conduct research on shipping routes, transit times, and carrier options to optimize cost and delivery timelines
- Assist with maintaining communication with carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve shipment issues and delays
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Participate in process improvement projects helping to streamline operations and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with the team on inventory management, warehouse coordination, and logistics planning
