Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • familiarity with accounting principles related to invoicing and reporting
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • legal authorization to work in the USA
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • customer service experience
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • strong organizational skills
  • problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee and maintain assigned accounts ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
  • engage with customers to address inquiries and provide support
  • work closely with the accounting department to manage financial aspects including invoicing reporting and dispute resolution
  • address immediate team needs such as creating new organizations reversing invoices handling claims and managing financial reports (CASS reports)
  • serve as a reliable resource for team members by continuously learning and staying informed to address questions and provide guidance
  • support team collaboration and foster a productive work environment
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
