Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- familiarity with accounting principles related to invoicing and reporting
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- legal authorization to work in the USA
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software
- customer service experience
- ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- Oversee and maintain assigned accounts ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
- engage with customers to address inquiries and provide support
- work closely with the accounting department to manage financial aspects including invoicing reporting and dispute resolution
- address immediate team needs such as creating new organizations reversing invoices handling claims and managing financial reports (CASS reports)
- serve as a reliable resource for team members by continuously learning and staying informed to address questions and provide guidance
- support team collaboration and foster a productive work environment
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
