Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in freight forwarding logistics or related field
- proficiency in English
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work in fast-paced environment under pressure
- knowledge of air freight logistics customs regulations and trade laws
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with logistics software preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in freight forwarding logistics or related field
- experience in freight forwarding highly desirable
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as calculating costs and rates
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment
- knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
- understanding of trade laws and regulations
- fluency in English
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with logistics software preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate the exportation of goods by air including scheduling with airlines and managing movement through transportation channels
- prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance including commercial invoices packing lists and bills of lading
- track and monitor shipments providing regular updates to customers on status
- manage relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
- collaborate with internal departments such as logistics finance and operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws including customs regulations and trade laws
- perform all other duties as assigned
