Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of experience in freight coordination, warehouse logistics, or as a shipping coordinator
- forklift certification with hands-on forklift experience required
- prior trade show or event logistics experience strongly preferred
- ability to work under pressure

- 5+ years of experience in freight coordination, warehouse logistics, or as a shipping coordinator
- forklift certification with hands-on forklift experience required

Job Duties
- Coordinate and schedule domestic freight, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- manage limited international shipments with required customs documentation
- oversee inbound and outbound shipments, verifying secure loads and correct paperwork
- track shipments in real time, resolving delays or damages quickly
- load/unload trucks, manage small parcel shipping, and maintain accountability
- build relationships with carriers, negotiate freight rates, and approve invoices
- collaborate with project managers, installers, and service technicians for smooth operations
