Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior logistics experience required
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and software
- Willingness to participate in 90-day training program
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in transportation
- Ability to enter data swiftly and accurately into systems
- Self-motivated with positive learning and growth attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Accept load tenders and input shipment details into Grapevine TMS
- Verify load information imported via EDI for accuracy
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules using customer service skills via phone and email
- Utilize customers' scheduling systems to set appointments for shipments
- Collaborate with team members and staff to develop strategies for account growth and improvement
