Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of retail management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of Omni-channel retail operations
  • capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Love for the FP brand
  • minimum 2 years store leadership experience
  • proven ability to hire and develop talent
  • strong understanding of merchant processes
  • experience in coaching and conflict resolution
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Act as a brand representative reflective of company values
  • partner with leadership team to create engaging visual experiences
  • advocate for technology usage and train team to transact seamlessly
  • cultivate genuine customer connections through personalized service
  • continuously build and develop retail talent
  • manage daily store operations including scheduling and payroll
  • analyze business opportunities and execute visual priorities
  • uphold safety standards and reduce product loss
  • foster open communication and teamwork within store
  • provide feedback and coaching to support employee growth
  • share customer insights with district and home office partners
