Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • act as a brand ambassador and reflect the company values
  • collaborate with the leadership team on creating an engaging visual experience
  • create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
  • encourage team to build lasting relationships through personalized service
  • deliver seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS and POS systems
  • guide the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics
  • provide employees with timely and specific feedback
  • participate as manager-on-duty driving engagement and fostering a collaborative environment
  • support store manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
  • facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • sustain daily operating standards including sales forecasting and scheduling
  • analyze business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels
  • collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and product placement
  • maintain safety standards and reduce product loss
