Job Duties

- deliver seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS and POS systems
- guide the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics
- provide employees with timely and specific feedback
- participate as manager-on-duty driving engagement and fostering a collaborative environment
- support store manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- facilitate onboarding for new hires
- sustain daily operating standards including sales forecasting and scheduling
- analyze business opportunities related to product placement and stock levels
- collaborate on shipment processing, restocking, and product placement
- maintain safety standards and reduce product loss
- lead with an inclusive and people-first philosophy
