Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or cooking role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- flexible to work all shifts and holidays
- knowledge of food handling guidelines
- able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety rules
- understanding of cooking procedures and food storage practices
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- capable of working in a high-paced and hot environment

Job Duties
- cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products accurately and efficiently
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
- communicate effectively with prep cooks and wait staff
- label, date, and rotate stored food to maintain freshness
- follow opening and closing kitchen procedures
- report broken equipment or repair needs to managers
