Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum twelve years of relevant experience
  • Minimum seven years of management responsibility
  • Ability to travel more than 75%
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • MBA a plus
  • Twelve years of experience in convenience store operations, marketing, merchandising, or development
  • Minimum seven years of management responsibility
  • Franchise experience preferred
  • Wholesale commercial fuel experience a plus
  • Director level experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to travel more than 75%
  • Previous exposure to business-to-business sales and real estate transactions
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Support traditional site transition to and referrals of the Circle K Full Franchise program
  • Maintain involvement in petroleum community for real estate opportunities and market data
  • Support single and multi-site operator development and conversion to Full Franchise
  • Evaluate growth opportunities through new store development or acquisitions
  • Research qualified convenience store operators for expanded brand presence and perform viability analyses
  • Manage relationships including advocacy, annual business reviews, and support of Operations Team
  • Consult and support operations teams for franchise customer support and business issues
  • Ensure site and brand standards compliance with Franchisees and associated partners
  • Represent company on business issues, marketing plans, and coordinate corporate support
  • Enforce adherence to corporate systems, policies, and governmental regulations
  • Prepare annual budget, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
  • Achieve financial and Key Result Area targets as per company guidelines
