Job Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree preferred
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in financial data management and budgeting
- Experience in the hospitality industry advantageous

Job Duties
- Lead the strategic planning and management of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets
- Utilize highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, influence and build relationships with clients and team members
- Apply strong analytical skills and strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales deployment strategies
- Leverage professional selling skills to drive sales growth through effective opening, probing, supporting and closing techniques
- Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, overseeing Human Resource functions within the division to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce
- Manage budgets and financial data with precision, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively
