Job Requirements

  • Experience in the hospitality industry advantageous

Job Duties

  • Lead the strategic planning and management of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets
  • Utilize highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, influence and build relationships with clients and team members
  • Apply strong analytical skills and strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales deployment strategies
  • Leverage professional selling skills to drive sales growth through effective opening, probing, supporting and closing techniques
  • Provide leadership and motivation to a diverse team, overseeing Human Resource functions within the division to ensure a cohesive and effective workforce
  • Manage budgets and financial data with precision, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively
