Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in some type of restaurant franchise relations or support role
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Be willing to travel
  • Be on call for franchisees at all times unless on paid time off

Job Duties

  • Manage project management portal
  • Review site selection, LOI stage, and locations under construction
  • Assist franchisees and their general contractors to ensure brand standards are met during build-out process
  • Update progress reports after 6 months to reflect new strategies to enhance the process for franchisees
  • Direct and coordinate activities of each build-out to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget
  • Proactively communicate project related issues directly to CEO and COO
  • Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy
