Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in some type of restaurant franchise relations or support role
- Valid driver’s license
- Be willing to travel
- Be on call for franchisees at all times unless on paid time off

Job Duties
- Manage project management portal
- Review site selection, LOI stage, and locations under construction
- Assist franchisees and their general contractors to ensure brand standards are met during build-out process
- Update progress reports after 6 months to reflect new strategies to enhance the process for franchisees
- Direct and coordinate activities of each build-out to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget
- Proactively communicate project related issues directly to CEO and COO
- Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy
