Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in some type of restaurant franchise relations or support role
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
- Be on call for franchisees at all times unless on paid time off
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant franchise relations or support role
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with franchisees and contractors
- Experience reviewing construction and permitting documents
- Positive and proactive mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to be on call and respond to franchisees as needed
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Manage project management portal
- Review of site selection and LOI stage
- Assist franchisees and their general contractors to ensure brand standards during build out
- Update progress reports to enhance franchisee processes
- Direct and coordinate build out activities to meet schedule and budget
- Communicate project issues proactively to CEO and COO
- Examine construction documents for completeness and accuracy
- Review bid results and project reports
- Verify permitting requirements
- Prepare weekly status reports
- Identify and resolve project issues related to cost, schedule, safety or qualifications
- Represent the company in project meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees and vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
