Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in some type of restaurant franchise relations or support role
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Be on call for franchisees at all times unless on paid time off

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant franchise relations or support role
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with franchisees and contractors
  • Experience reviewing construction and permitting documents
  • Positive and proactive mindset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to be on call and respond to franchisees as needed
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage project management portal
  • Review of site selection and LOI stage
  • Assist franchisees and their general contractors to ensure brand standards during build out
  • Update progress reports to enhance franchisee processes
  • Direct and coordinate build out activities to meet schedule and budget
  • Communicate project issues proactively to CEO and COO
  • Examine construction documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Review bid results and project reports
  • Verify permitting requirements
  • Prepare weekly status reports
  • Identify and resolve project issues related to cost, schedule, safety or qualifications
  • Represent the company in project meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees and vendors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
