Job Duties
- Providing operational support to franchise owners including helping with day-to-day operations and strategic planning
- Communicating with the franchisor to update on franchisee status and provide feedback
- Gathering and analyzing data to track franchisee performance and identify improvements
- Motivating and coaching franchisees by providing feedback, setting goals, and celebrating successes
- Enforcing franchise compliance ensuring adherence to franchisor's rules and regulations
