Job Duties

  • Providing operational support to franchise owners including helping with day-to-day operations and strategic planning
  • Communicating with the franchisor to update on franchisee status and provide feedback
  • Gathering and analyzing data to track franchisee performance and identify improvements
  • Motivating and coaching franchisees by providing feedback, setting goals, and celebrating successes
  • Enforcing franchise compliance ensuring adherence to franchisor's rules and regulations
