Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain and control a high level of guest service
- Ensure consistent and thoughtful food and beverage service by staff
- Support the Department Manager with training staff
- Assist in supervising and disciplining the restaurant staff
- Oversee daily operations of TRIO restaurant
- Ensure knowledge of cocktail and beverage lists
- Maintain fine dining service standards
