Job Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • One to two years previous experience in similar supervisory role
  • Knowledge of guest service and fine dining standards
  • Ability to train and supervise staff
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle guest complaints professionally

  • Understanding of cocktail and beverage lists and menus

Job Duties

  • Maintain and control a high level of guest service at TRIO Restaurant
  • Ensure consistent and thoughtful food and beverage service standards
  • Assist in training, supervising, and disciplining restaurant staff
  • Support the TRIO Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations
  • Uphold knowledge of cocktail and beverage lists, menus, and fine dining protocols
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Handle guest concerns related to restaurant service
