Job Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States
One to two years previous experience in similar supervisory role
Knowledge of guest service and fine dining standards
Ability to train and supervise staff
High school diploma required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Qualifications

One to two years previous employment in a related supervisory role
Thorough knowledge of guest service in a fine dining environment
Understanding of cocktail and beverage lists and menus
Familiarity with food and beverage service standards
College degree preferred
Effective communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a diverse team environment

Job Duties

Maintain and control a high level of guest service at TRIO Restaurant
Ensure consistent and thoughtful food and beverage service standards
Assist in training, supervising, and disciplining restaurant staff
Support the TRIO Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations
Uphold knowledge of cocktail and beverage lists, menus, and fine dining protocols
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Handle guest concerns related to restaurant service
